In this event we have decided to celebrate one of Italy's most popular November feast days: "San Martino".
Getting together to eat chestnuts and more importantly taste the new red wine of the year called "Vino Novello"  one of the must-dos on the 11th November every year in most Italian homes.

Vino Novello  is a light,fruity,red wine produced throughout Italy and the grapes are not crushed but are fermented using whole grapes, allowing for only a minimum percentage of sugar to be converted into alcohol, ensuring the wine has a smooth, fruity flavor. 
Italy first started making Vino novello in the 1970s and every year Vino Novello is officially released for sale on November 6 and the tradition says that the last day to consume it is 
“I Giorni della Merla”, the days of the blackbird, said to be the coldest day of the year (29th-31st January).
  
Now it's time to book .... and of course a 
complimentary glass of VINO NOVELLO on the night is the best way to start!!
