Have a look at what we have lined up this time...It's Halloween so it's PUMPKIN time. We come from Mantua(North of Italy) and in this time of the year PUMPKIN is on top of every table, it is in every dishes made and cooked in so many different ways... the "parola d'ordine" is PUMPKIN.
If you are wondering "to much Pumpkin" eheheh, tonight you will discover at how versatile PUMPKIN is! Sooo: get your fork ready guys :-) we are here with another AMAZING dinner!!

For this Halloween let’s welcome you with a glass of Spritz Aperol !! Spritz Aperol is a popular ritual in Italy! It is undoubtedly the most widespread and commonly drunk aperitif in Italy. It is a traditional ice-breaker and symbol of a lively atmosphere

Black pizzetta Taleggio Pumpkin and Thyme, for this "pizzetta" we'll use FARINA NERA.It is one of the most used flour recently in Italy because of its extraordinary healing capabilities making it a very effective natural remedy to relieve some digestive disorders,such as bloating, flatulence or, more generally, the states of bloating.Farina Nera it is a "news" in Italian cousine and tonight you will try it with Taleggio the famous creamy cheese from Piedmont



Pan fried Scallop served with a delicious Pumpkin and Tarragon pure

 

Pumpkin, sage and smoked Scamorza cheese risotto, Sefano is a master in making risotto, Scamorza is a smoked cheese from Apulia with an excellent melting quality and the combination Pumpkin/Scamorza it's absolutely wonderful

 

Pumpkin parfait with amaretti biscuit and a lovely home made dark chocolate sauce
