commonly drunk aperitif in Italy. It is a traditional ice-breaker and symbol of
a lively atmosphere

pizzetta Taleggio Pumpkin and Thyme, for this "pizzetta" we'll use
FARINA NERA.It is one of the most used flour recently in Italy because of its
extraordinary healing capabilities making it a very effective natural remedy to
relieve some digestive disorders,such as bloating, flatulence or, more
generally, the states of bloating.Farina Nera it is a "news" in
Italian cousine and tonight you will try it with Taleggio the famous creamy
cheese from Piedmont
